Some of my favorite Recipes

I've been interested in cooking for quite some time from the time I burned my first batch of Nachos to my very successful 'Coquilles St. Jacque'.  As time permits I will be adding more of my personal favorites so stop back on by when you get a chance.  If you happen to try any of my recipes and would like to send me your thoughts please feel free to e-mail me at Johnny Bass. I'm playing around with a few different formats for the recipes, so bare with me.  I have broken things into two classes, Drinks and Food.  I'm sure that I will sub-divide those sections at some point as well.
