Zoopa Pasta This is a very simple dish that I had once at a restaurant in the Seattle area that I liked, so I went home made it for myself. Not much to it, but for a quick meal, it has a lot of flavor.
Pasta - In 2 quarts of boiling water cook the pasta until tender - Remove, drain and set aside Sauce - In a sauce pan melt the butter over med heat - Once butter is melted stir in minced garlic (cook for 1-2 min) - Add shrimp and cook for 3-4 min or until full heated - Cover mixture with cream and heat for 1-2 min - Incorporate pasta to the mixture - Divide into servings - Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Parmesan over each serving - Sprinkle a pinch of parsley over servings - Serve while hot Serves 4
