This is a very simple dish that I had once at a restaurant in the Seattle area that I liked, so I went home made it for myself.  Not much to it, but for a quick meal, it has a lot of flavor.

Butter

1/4 cup

Garlic 3-4 cloves, smashed & minced
Shrimp (pre-cooked) 1/8 to 1/4  Lb
Heavy cream 1/4 pint
Fresh parsley
Parmesan fresh grated

Pasta

- In 2 quarts of boiling water cook the pasta until tender

- Remove, drain and set aside

 Sauce

 - In a sauce pan melt the butter over med heat

- Once butter is melted stir in minced garlic (cook for 1-2 min)

- Add shrimp and cook for 3-4 min or until full heated

- Cover mixture with cream and heat for 1-2 min

- Incorporate pasta to the mixture

- Divide into servings

- Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Parmesan over each serving
