!FIESTA CAFE OLIÉ!

1/2 ounce Cuervo Gold tequila

1 ounce Kahl

1 ounce Kahlúa

6 ounces freshly brewed hot coffee

Sweetened whipped cream

Fiesta Cinnamon Sprinkle (recipe follows)

In a coffee glass or mug combine tequila, Kahlúa and coffee. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with Fiesta Cinnamon Sprinkle.

 

FIESTA CINNAMON SPRINKLE

Makes about 3 tablespoons
Makes about 3 tablespoons

 

2 tablespoons vanilla powder (available at cake-decorating stores and well-stocked grocers)

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Stir vanilla powder, cinnamon and cocoa powder together well. Store in airtight container.
