CAJUN SEASONING

Paprika  1 Part
Salt 1 Part
Red Pepper 1 Part  (can be reduced to 1/2)
Black Pepper 1 Part
White Pepper 1 Part
Cayenne Pepper 1 Part  (can be reduced to 1/2)
Oregano 1 Part
Garlic Powder 1 Part
Onion Powder 1/2 Part

Good On Steak, Chicken, and Fish

 Steak: Smear on 1 side of steak. Cook the side with the seasoning first and cook until done.

 Chicken: Spread out on one side of the chicken & cook until done.

 Fish: Place on one side and cook until done. Serve with butter on the side.

 Caution: This stuff is HOT!
