Cayenne Pepper | 1 Part (can be reduced to 1/2) |
Oregano | 1 Part |
Garlic Powder | 1 Part |
Onion Powder | 1/2 Part |
Good On Steak, Chicken, and Fish
Steak: Smear on 1 side of steak. Cook the side with the seasoning first and cook until done.
Chicken: Spread out on one side of the chicken & cook until done.
Fish: Place on one side and cook until done. Serve with butter on the side.
Caution: This stuff is HOT!
